1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trustify ("the Service"), available at trustify.to, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Trustify is a platform that allows Shopify store owners to publicly share verified revenue data. Revenue figures are retrieved directly from the Shopify API and displayed on a public leaderboard. Store owners voluntarily connect their stores and choose which data to share.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes. You must not create accounts for the purpose of misleading other users.
4. Shopify Store Connection
By connecting your Shopify store to Trustify, you authorize us to access your store's revenue and analytics data through the Shopify API. You represent that:
- You are the authorized owner or administrator of the store.
- You have the right to share the store's financial data publicly.
- The Shopify API credentials you provide are valid and obtained legitimately.
5. Data Accuracy
Revenue data displayed on Trustify is sourced directly from the Shopify API and is intended to be accurate. However, Trustify does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any data and is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed data and actual figures. Data is synced periodically and may not reflect real-time values.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate or falsify revenue data.
- Connect stores you do not own or have authorization to manage.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal usage.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a store.
7. Intellectual Property
The Trustify name, logo, and platform design are the property of Trustify. Revenue data belongs to the respective store owners. You may share your own store's data using the built-in sharing features but may not reproduce or commercially use other stores' data without permission.
8. Store Removal
You may disconnect your store and delete your data from Trustify at any time through the dashboard. Upon deletion, your revenue data and analytics will be permanently removed from the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trustify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
